Wedding Fun

We spent the weekend with friends celebrating another friends wedding! It was a fun weekend and we all enjoyed spending some kid free time with our friends! I made the bridal bouquet and it was fun to be able to work with some beautiful fall colors!

First Homework!

Henry's first homework assignment was to bring in 5 items to describe himself.  It was quite entertaining seeing what Henry thought would fit in the bag! Here is what he came up with!

• A family picture
• A Tball picture because he loves Tball!
• His triathlon metal 
• A 6 wheel dump truck because they are his favorite and so much better than 4 wheel dump trucks
• Rainbow Loom bracelets because he loves making bracelets!

Henry's First Day of Kindergarten

Henry is a Kindergartner.  I can not believe this day is here! The morning of Kindergarten he woke up excited and ready for the day.  Walking up to the school he gripped his little hand tight in mine but was so brave.  As soon as he saw his teacher he got right in line and was happy and so excited.  He waved at me one last time and then he was off! I am so proud of this boy and how far he has come!

Claire's First Day of Preschool

Claire had her first day of 4 year old preschool.  She has been waiting to go to preschool for forever and it was finally her turn!! She was so excited and so ready for the big day.   There was one moment of hesitation after she had checked in and it was time for free play.  One big hug from her teacher erased all her fears and she has been rocking preschool ever since! I am so excited for this huge year of growth for her and to see where she is at the end of the year!
